Pack Your Tools
Securely place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
